Lizard Lounge, on Marsh House Lane, is not the place to pick up a
rabbit or a hamster – stocking only exotic creatures from around the
world. The selection of animals includes boas, pythons, corn
snakes, king snakes, milk snakes, geckos, skinks, monitor lizards,
tegus, tarantulas, water dragons, bearded dragons, chameleons,
scorpions and more! Leeroy Duane runs the shop with Amy Sherratt. He said: “We have a lot of exotic animals, so it’s not like a normal pet shop. “I got reptiles myself three or four years ago and I just went from there.” The store also stocks specialist food and equipment.
