Payment Plans

We can offer payment plans for some of the more expensive snakes we sell or anything else you would like to buy from us.

This means you can spread payments weekly or monthly, whichever suits you best.

Standing orders can be set up, and once the final payment is made, the animal can then be collected / delivered.

These are the Terms and Conditions of our Payment Plans. They are designed to help you pay for a snake or other reptile, that you could not otherwise be able to purchase by accepting weekly or monthly payments.

They are also to protect us from Timewasters and Scammers.

Deposits

An Initial deposit must be paid to secure the animal or whatever you want to purchase. This should be equal to 25% of the total amount. This is NON RETURNABLE should you change your mind.

Standing Orders

We will give you bank details to pay in to, and a reference number. This is a free service, and you do not get charged by your bank for this. This can be set up to automatically make your payments to us weekly or monthly.

Paypal

We can accept paypal for deposit payments, however you will have to cover our paypal fees. This would be 10%. (We get charged to recieve the payment, and charged again to transfer the money in to a bank. It also takes a week to clear from paypal to the bank.) On a £10 payment, you would have to pay £11. We do not accept paypal for further payments. These should be made by bank transfer.

Payment Amounts

This is how you calculate your payments. Take the total amount of the animal (For example, £300). Take off the deposit amount (25% = £75). This leaves the initial balance. (£225). If paying monthly, split this payment over 3 months, 3 equal payments. If weekly, split in to 12.

Monthly payments would be £75. Weekly payments would be £19 with this example. (calculated to the nearest whole amount)

On higher amounts, we may take payments over a longer time period, please ask for details.

Delivery

The delivery amount is to be agreed before payment plans are started. This must be paid in full before the animal/goods are delivered. This is calculated seperately to the amount of the animal/goods.

Missed Payments.

If you miss 2 payments in a row, without letting us know why, any amount you have paid previously is forfeit, and NON RETURNABLE.

If you change your mind, part way through payments, you must let us know. Any payments already made will only be returned under specific circumstances, and the decision will be made at the time of asking.

DO NOT ASSUME that you will get your money back just because you change your mind.

Deposits are NON RETURNABLE under any circumstances.

Delivery / Collection

Delivery will be made (if arranged) once the animal/goods are paid for in full. Do not ask if you can have the animal/goods before you have finished paying for it, as the answer will be NO.

You will be able to collect the animal/goods once it is paid for. You may be able to collect it on the day of final payment, if the payment has cleared, or you are paying the last payment in cash.

Delivery dates will be arranged on a day that is suitable for us and you.
